Mike is a graduate of the University of Washington and previously served as an Employee Benefit consultant beginning
in 1972 and joined GS&A in 1981. He is active in the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Mike McCormick, Executive Vice President, oversees all Account Executive functions. Mike attended
California State University at Hayward and joined CWS & Co in 1972. He also serves as a Fund Manager for a select group
of clients and has been a Director, committee member, speaker and author for the International Foundation of Employee
Benefit Plans and is active in the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators.

Michael Hoberg, Chief Financial Officer

Michael Hoberg joined ATPA as its Chief Financial Officer in March 2008. Mr. Hoberg has over 20 years of
experience as the Chief Financial Officer of various private and public companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. This includes
taking two companies public and serving as the Chief Financial Officer of two "roll-up" companies. Mr. Hoberg has extensive
experience in equity and debt financing, establishing and expanding accounting departments and SEC reporting. Mr. Hoberg is a
graduate of the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and is a Certified Public Accountant.
