James Vernor, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, oversees internal operations for all of the company. Jim has over 30 years of high-end data processing and practical system application experience in Taft-Hartley Trust Funds joining GS&A in 1988. He also oversees our interface with all of our client's other service providers' DP/MI systems.

Bob Glaza, Executive Vice President, has overall account responsibility for ATPA's Southern California region. Bob is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. He joined ATPA in 2001 after the TPA he founded was successfully merged into ATPA. He has over twenty years of experience in Taft-Hartley trust fund administration.

Peter Herrling, Executive Vice President, has account responsibility for ATPA's Northwest accounts. Peter is a graduate of the University of Buffalo, New York. He joined ATPA in 1990 and was previously a Senior Account Executive with a large national administration company specializing in Taft-Hartley plans. He serves as Fund Manager for a variety of Taft-Hartley trust funds and has over 30 years of experience in this field.

Douglas Matook, Executive Vice President, has account responsibility for ATPA's Midwest accounts. Doug is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and was previously Senior Account Executive with a large Midwest administrator serving Taft-Harley plans before joining GS&A in 1990. He serves as a Fund Manager to a select group of clients and has served four terms as a Director of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
