He also oversees our interface with all of our client's other service providers' DP/MI systems. Bob is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. He joined ATPA in 2001 after the TPA he founded was successfully merged into ATPA. He has over thirty years of experience in Taft-Hartley trust fund administration. Doug is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and was previously Senior Account Executive with a large Midwest administrator serving Taft-Harley plans before joining GS&A in 1990. He serves as a Fund Manager to a select group of clients and has served four terms as a Director of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
