Joseph Ehrbar, Senior Vice President, is an Account Executive in ATPA's Southern California region. Joe is a
graduate of St. Michael's College, Vermont and was previously the Assistant Administrator for the Operating
Engineers Local 12 of California Trust Funds before joining GS&A in 1986. He serves as a Fund Manager to a select
group of clients and is active in the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and other Southern
California employee benefit groups.

California State University Sacramento and has a Masters of Education from Colorado State University. He was
previously Executive Director of the Western Insulation Contractors Association and served as a trustee before
