Bill has a Bachelors Degree from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a Masters Degree from St. Mary's College. After fifteen years as a business owner of his own firm and district manager for a nationwide insurer, Bill joined ATPA in 2009. He serves as a Fund Manager for a select group of our clients.
