Bill Boyle is an Account Executive in Northern California. Bill has a Bachelors Degree from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a Masters Degree from St. Mary's College. After fifteen years as a business owner of his own firm and district manager for a nationwide insurer, Bill joined ATPA in 2009. He serves as a Fund Manager for a select group of our clients.

Diane Salazar has over 25 years of experience in Taft-Hartley trust fund administration, including pension, claims, office manager and customer service. Diane is known for her commitment to quality of service to the union members and the staff.

Steven graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration. Since joining ATPA in 2001 he has worked with both Pensions and Billing & Eligibility prior to becoming an Account Executive in 2009.

Ryan began his ATPA career as Processor, and then was promoted to Team Leader, Asst Manager, Manager, and then Fund Manager. He has worked with nine Taft Hartley funds and has extensive experience in Employer Accounting, Pension, and Participant Assistance for both active and retiree Health and Welfare. Ryan graduated from the Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Studies.
