Marcelina Uribe-Sanchez has over 22 years of experience in the Taft-Hartley Administration. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Operations from California State University, Los Angeles and is currently ATPA’s Vice President of Operations in
Southern California. She also assists on Account Executive functions for a select group of our clients.

Ann Thomas began working for ATPA in 1978 and has managed both the Pension and Billing & Eligibility Departments in Northern California.
Ann’s background in Taft-Hartley trust fund operations has provided the foundation and knowledge to work effectively as a Fund Manager
on selected accounts in Northern California.

Chuck Besocke is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine and has seven years of experience in the administration of
Taft-Hartley trust funds. Prior to joining ATPA in 2006, he worked as a benefit analyst for the UFCW Northern California Trust Funds.
He serves as a Fund Manager for a select group of our clients.
