He has also been a plan participant for many years and will bring that critical perspective to help enhance the service for pensioners and active members. Bob will also assist in managing the growing trusts, the best practices committee, attending pre-retirement meetings, and working as a liaison with any new requests from our clients.

Steven Crummy, Account Executive, San Diego Email: SCrummy@atpa.com Steven graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration. Since joining ATPA in 2001 he has worked with both Pensions and Billing & Eligibility prior to becoming an Account Executive in 2009.

Ryan Ilacqua, Account Executive, Alameda Email: RIlacqua@atpa.com Ryan began his ATPA career as Processor, and then was promoted to Team Leader, Asst Manager, Manager, and then Fund Manager. He has worked with nine Taft Hartley funds and has extensive experience in Employer Accounting, Pension, and Participant Assistance for both active and retiree Health and Welfare. Ryan graduated from the Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Studies.

Coleen Christophersen, Exec. Asst. Fund Manager, Alameda Email: CChristophersen@atpa.com Coleen joined the Account Executive Team in July 2011 after successfully completing an Apprenticeship Program with Mike McCormick. Coleen began her career with ATPA in July 2009 and originally worked as a fund administrator for ATPA's third largest client. She excels in managing the details, for resolving operational challenges, and improving processes. Prior to joining ATPA, Coleen earned an Associate Degree in Visual Communication from the prestigious FIDM in San Francisco California. Coleen shares her marketing talent as a member of ATPA's Business Development Committee.
