During the seven years prior, she worked as a Human Resources Executive for both Fortune 500 and small entrepreneurial companies. Stacy is recognized for creating and executing strategic plans for employee and labor relations, leadership development, and organizational design. Stacy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from University of Utah and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She also achieved the Professional Human Resources Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management and has a California Certification from the HR Certification Institute. As a volunteer, Stacy serves on the Board of Directors for The Arc of San Francisco.

Arron has over 10 years of contact center management experience with emphasis in utilizing people, processes and technologies to optimize analytical results. He worked as a Senior Analyst for a Bio-Technology firm from 2005-2009, before joining Associated Third Party Administrators (ATPA).
